About the role
- Manage the monthly reporting process, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to Global BU Collaborators
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines and explaining variations
- Analysis & Review of monthly Financials vs budget/rolling POR
- Supporting POR (Rolling Budgets) Activities as per BU timelines
- Prepare management reports and provide comprehensive variance analysis
- Headcount analysis and Reporting
- Support on Annual Budgets, mid-year reviews and forecast processes
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations to BU Finance team
- Continuous development and research of accounting principles and practices including IFRS
- Contribute team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives
- Support in Ad-hoc requests
- Drive continuous process improvement culture within group
Requirements
- Finance Professional with minimum 2/3year of work experience in FP&A Domain
- Hands on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
- Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes
- Balance collaborator; situational adaptability; manages complexities & manages ambiguity
- Ability to think creatively, drive, and self-motivate
- Proven track record to roll-up your sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
- High standards of accuracy and highly organized
- Preferred: Qualified Chartered Accountant, CMA
- Preferred: Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
- Preferred: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: System knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management
- Preferred: Power BI or related presentation tools
