About the role
- Manage incoming B2C sales leads and guide prospects to the right machine for their needs
- Communicate promptly and professionally via phone, email, and text
- Enter & maintain accurate customer data in both CRM and ERP systems
- Follow up consistently with unsold prospects to convert leads into sales
- Learn & maintain current knowledge of product features, specifications, usage, and benefits to support customers in both B2C sales and manufacturing sales
- Collaborate with dealer sales rep, parts & service, accounting, and shipping departments on special projects
- Achieve & exceed sales goals set in collaboration with the sales manager
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2C inside sales
- Previous experience in the agriculture or equestrian industry is a plus
- Clear, professional written and verbal skills
