About the role

  • Drive business growth in Flanders (Benelux) selling Emerson’s DeltaV DCS, lifecycle services, and software solutions
  • Generate new business by visiting customers, understanding needs, and delivering solutions
  • Gather customer insights and collaborate with internal teams to develop project-based approaches
  • Align with sales leadership to define focus areas and implement strategic business development plans
  • Provide technical support and coordinate with subject matter experts for effective solutions
  • Lead and support sales initiatives and represent Emerson at industry events and conferences
  • Work from Emerson office in Diegem, Belgium; collaborate with global, cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering / technical field or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales / business development experience in a B2B technical environment
  • Background in industrial automation / process industries
  • Affinity towards technology and innovations and technical understanding, ideally DCS systems
  • Experience with CRM & MS Office tools
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English languages is essential
  • Availability to frequently travel in the assigned territory and occasionally in Europe
  • Driving license
