About the role

  • Support and work with professional tool brands including RIDGID, Greenlee and Klauke
  • Report to the Group President and lead high-visibility strategic planning and development
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in MEP sectors including partnerships, acquisitions, and diversification
  • Build market and competitive intelligence to inform strategic direction
  • Develop and refine scalable strategic planning models aligned with capabilities and growth goals
  • Coordinate critical initiatives across business units and regions for prioritized execution
  • Act as a strategic connector between enterprise initiatives and local execution
  • Evaluate and lead business model innovation to unlock new value and accelerate growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business strategy or corporate innovation within a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Shown success in crafting and launching business initiatives that drive measurable impact
  • Ability to apply creative problem-solving and analytical thinking in high-stakes or ambiguous situations
  • Proven track record managing multiple sophisticated projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and strategic alignment
  • Comfortable working across teams and building positive relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution ability
  • Strong analytical skills and business insight, with awareness of technology and industry trends
  • Experience developing and driving innovative ideas to enhance business performance or employee experience
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA) or equivalent experience
