About the role
- Identify and pursue opportunities with multi-family properties, HOA communities, GC's and commercial properties
- Conduct inspections of roofs and building exteriors for damage, deterioration, or improvement potential
- Build relationships with property managers, owners, and real estate decision-makers
- Present solutions tailored to each property's needs and secure project contracts
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and code compliance
- Document property conditions and provide inspection reports
- Proactively generate leads via B2B canvassing, networking, referrals, and local partnerships
- Track and analyze your pipeline to optimize sales strategies
- Maintain detailed records of activity, leads, and contracts
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
