In order to better support our customers and make every journey a unique experience, we are looking for the future Manager of our Amsterdam West Branch.
You will manage the branch and fleet, ensuring compliance with processes and quality standards, monitoring customer satisfaction indicators, and implementing improvement actions
You will contribute to the commercial development and success of the branch: increasing revenue and profit margins, conducting competitive analysis, setting pricing strategies, local sales actions, and developing and retaining both B2B and B2C clients
You will manage a sales team of 6 people: recruitment, training, development, planning, managing disciplinary issues, driving sales performance (briefings, weekly/monthly meetings, coaching...), and creating a stimulating work environment that fosters team spirit
Requirements
Management and Leadership: experience managing a profit center and leading a team, preferably in sales or tourism; strong communication and teamwork
