About the role

  • Lead and execute the company's overall growth strategy, focusing on market expansion, customer acquisition, and user engagement.
  • Architect and manage performance marketing across paid social, SEM, and display channels to optimize ROI and CAC.
  • Identify and prioritize growth levers across the customer journey, optimizing awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Lead organic growth efforts through SEO and content marketing to increase organic reach, brand awareness, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to influence the product roadmap and prioritize growth-driving features.
  • Champion rapid experimentation: define, run, and analyze experiments; track key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) to inform decisions.
  • Develop and test pricing and monetization strategies and promotional offers to drive on-platform conversions and improve unit economics.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth team (if applicable), fostering a culture of ownership and curiosity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving substantial, measurable growth within a B2C or consumer technology company.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in building and scaling multi-channel marketing strategies, including proficiency in PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and app install campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-first approach; ability to translate complex data, metrics, and consumer behavior trends into clear, actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on operator, able to define long-term vision and execute daily campaigns and optimizations.
  • Deep understanding of the consumer journey and passion for building delightful user experiences that lead to sustainable growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial/start-up experience or passion for transformation.
