Serve as the primary point of contact for associates and management for associate relations issues including investigations, agency charges (EEO, DOL), employment litigation, and associate complaints
Provide advice, guidance, coaching, and training to associates and managers based on policies and legal consultation and employment laws
Conduct investigations: manage witness lists, determine lines of questioning, analyze credibility, research records, and maintain written investigative records
Debrief leaders and HRBPs on findings and provide oversight of internal investigations
Liaise with Legal and regularly partner with Ethics and Compliance on crossover investigations
Partner with AR leadership and HRBP for transition agreements related to separation/termination
Develop and provide associate relations-related analytical data and analyze trends to determine action plans
Use persuasive and advanced communication skills to communicate with all levels of associates throughout the organization
Requirements
Requires a BA/BS degree and minimum of 5 years of human resources experience; or any combination of education and experience
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
Prior experience with Associate Relations and investigations strongly preferred
Workday or similar HCM experience preferred
ServiceNow experience preferred
Fortune/large company experience preferred
Ability to work in-office 1 - 2 days per week; candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance of posting location(s)
