About the role
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
- Process new hire documentation, including offer letters, onboarding, and orientation materials
- Manage digital and physical HR filing systems in line with company policies and legal requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all HR-related information for employees and contractors
- Support team members in administrative and transactional tasks across various HR Centers of Expertise and Business Units
- Provide high-quality support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Utilize service center tools and customer service skills to manage inquiries and deliver consistent, high-quality support
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and contribute to the implementation of best practices
- Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a service delivery environment, ideally within HR, Operations, or an HR Service Center
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- High attention to detail with excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Experience in using a database management system is required
- Working knowledge of any HR Information System (e.g., Workday) is an advantage
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Preferred: Experience with tools such as ServiceNow and SharePoint
