About the role
- Leads Infusion leadership team in annual planning and budgeting
- Leads the review of potential investment dollars needed to support strategy
- Develops financial controls, interfaces, and processes to ensure fiscal integrity
- Counsels senior Infusion leadership on ways to set and make plans through aggressive but financially controlled growth
- Participates in optimizing strategic initiatives and planning through challenges to cost/benefit long term investments
- Oversees business unit projects involving significant monetary investment
- Designs and executes all Infusion management processes
- Leads the strategic and annual planning for the business
- Analyzes, researches, and develops complex materials and documents relating to health issues, business performance, market dynamic issues, operational issues, and general management issues
- Coordinates programs to enhance learning and growth opportunities for the Infusion team
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
- minimum of 10 years related management experience
- Preferred Skills: Master's degree
- 8 or more years of related experience in the Infusion pharmacy industry
- Ability to travel required
- Preferred experience in chronic home infusion
- Preferred experience in AIC and/or AIS infusion environment
- Preferred experience with Sales Org Design
- Preferred experience with Sales Compensation Design
- Preferred experience with Site of Care Optimization
- Preferred experience with Organizational Mergers/Integrations
