About the role
- Responsible for purchasing, receiving, cycle counting and researching inventory discrepancies while assisting with month end reporting.
- Collaborate with internal/external Auditors on Power Gen Revenue recognition, assisting with generating Power Gen customer invoicing for serialized inventory.
- Maintain project notes, databases, and other records; monitor, measure, and communicate with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.
- Assist with managing, purchasing and reconciling internal/external Supplier invoices.
- Manage/review monthly stock inventory and manage annual fiscal inventory and review discrepancies.
- Assist in identifying, tracking, and working with others to resolve project issues.
Requirements
- Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
- Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite; BMS Inventory Reporting and Sales Force experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills needed to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Able to work from anywhere in the continental U.S during the hours of , Monday through Friday.
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
