Account Executive

• You own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, multi-stakeholder management, negotiation and closing
• You independently build your own pipeline (approx. 70% outbound, 30% inbound) and drive it to signature
• You identify and qualify target customers, create lead lists and design outbound campaigns
• You run discovery calls and demos from initial contact through to executive decision-makers
• You orchestrate complex buying centers, develop champions, engage IT and privacy early, and maintain momentum over months
• You lead negotiations, prepare proposals and close deals yourself
• You help develop the GTM motion: sequences, ICPs, testing new segments and processes, learning and scaling
• You represent Elephant at trade shows and events
• You work directly with the founders; your learnings feed directly into product and strategy

Senior Account Executive, B2B, Enterprise SaaS

• You win not with a single pitch, but with persistence, strategic thinking, and genuine stakeholder management.
• You identify and qualify target customers, build your own lead lists, and run outbound campaigns.
• You personally conduct discovery calls and demos — from initial contact to the decision-making committee.
• You orchestrate complex buying centers: develop champions and involve IT and data protection early.
• You actively shape our GTM motion: sequences, ICPs, new segments, processes — test, learn, scale.
• You will work directly with the founders.

Sales Development Rep

• You are the engine of our pipeline: you identify the right companies, find the right contacts, and turn cold contacts into qualified meetings for our AEs.
• Your success is measured by quality, not activity: meetings that turn into real opportunities.
• Honesty wins: our target customers are mid-market and industrial companies — not digital-native early adopters.
• That means: phone first, above all else; dealing with gatekeepers; decision-makers who are hard to reach; and persuading people who are still skeptical about AI.
• You contact warm and cold potential new customers (inbound & outbound) — calling first, complemented by email, LinkedIn and video.
• You identify and qualify new customer segments and understand their challenges and needs.
• You build your own lead lists and new outbound campaigns — and continuously improve the ones already running.
• You conduct initial conversations, excite decision-makers about our solution, and hand over cleanly qualified meetings to the AEs.
• You continuously analyze the market and identify new business opportunities.
• You develop new sales strategies with us, test them independently and scale what works.
• You help refine our GTM strategy.
• You attend trade shows and events to acquire new leads.
