Account Manager

• Conduct detailed pre-closing reviews to ensure loan files meet agency, investor, and internal requirements.
• Perform FHA checks, verification of employment reviews, flood certificate validations, FEMA disaster reviews, and appraisal data entry within the LOS system.
• Review APR changes and loan modifications to ensure compliance requirements are met and updated Closing Disclosures are issued appropriately.
• Maintain consistent communication with brokers, borrowers, account executives, underwriters, and internal operational teams regarding loan status updates and outstanding conditions.
• Review, verify, update, and manage approval conditions throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Evaluate conditions submitted by brokers and coordinate with underwriting teams for review and approval.
• Input and validate homeowner’s insurance, flood insurance, tax, title, and broker fee information accurately within the system.
• Verify receipt of required tax transcripts and supporting documentation when applicable.
• Distribute updated conditional approvals and communicate next steps to brokers and borrowers.
• Ensure all disclosures comply with AFR policies, federal and state regulations, and agency guidelines including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac requirements.
• Respond to inbound phone calls and email inquiries related to conditional approvals, documentation requests, and file status updates.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to support strategic client relationships and operational success.
• Exercise elevated authority by reviewing and clearing select conditions beyond standard Account Manager approval authority.
• Support process improvement initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency, communication, and client experience.

• Lead and oversee correspondent loan purchase reviews across delegated and non-delegated channels.
• Serve as the final decision-maker on loan purchase eligibility, suspense conditions, and defect resolution.
• Ensure all loans meet investor, agency, regulatory, and internal policy requirements prior to purchase and delivery.
• Provide executive oversight across post-closing operations, including collateral, final documents, MERS compliance, and custodian relationships.

Assistant Vice President – Correspondent Production

Customer Success Manager

• Analyze loan registrations and provide support for new submissions, portal navigation, and process-related inquiries.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for complex client questions and escalations related to loan structuring, AUS findings, DTI calculations, liabilities, disclosures, and renovation loan scenarios.
• Assist clients with mortgage loan registration within the eLEND loan portal while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients regarding loan processing workflows and operational best practices.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand evolving business needs, identify potential challenges, and provide strategic solutions.
• Deliver both on-demand and scheduled training sessions related to products, processes, systems, and portal functionality.

• Serve as a primary support contact for broker inquiries under the guidance of the Enterprise Account Executive
• Provide timely, professional communication to brokers, loan officers, and processors
• Manage inbound requests and assist with resolving routine questions, escalating more complex issues appropriately
• Support outbound broker engagement efforts using CRM tools and communication platforms
• Accurately log all broker interactions, requests, and follow-ups within the CRM

Enterprise Account Representative

Analyst

• Retrieve mail and overnight deliveries by 10 am and log all items received into the system of record, separating by funded/unfunded loans.
• Review Notes, Endorsements, and Security Instruments for accuracy and completeness, identifying any errors.
• Advise the Manager, CPS, and/or C/CDE Lender of any identified issues and work to remedy the inaccuracies.
• Prepare shipping manifests to accompany collateral to the assigned warehouse bank.
• Update the system of record accurately and in a timely manner.
• Update the system of record and ensure all supplemental documents are provided to the warehouse bank to clear any suspended collateral.
• Confirm receipt of collateral with the warehouse bank and update the system of record to enable the Funding team to purchase the loan.
• Work on agency loans with FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA, ensuring compliance with their guidelines.
• Coordinate all ancillary projects concerning collateral materials under the supervision of the Vice President of Post-Closing.
• Perform other duties as assigned, based on competencies and experience.
