Develops and builds close relationships with new and assigned accounts for eimagine
Assists in the development and execution of the company sales plan
Identifies, qualifies and helps create solutions for client opportunities
Writes and prepares Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, presentation materials, agendas and other client facing documentation
Prepares sales forecast information including size, timing, and probability of each opportunity
Maintains client records in eimagine’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
Develops and effectively manages sales leads via cold-calling, networking, trade shows, direct mail, website and email inquiries, LinkedIn and other social media
Penetrates new areas within existing accounts and generates new business with new clients
Consults with prospective and existing customers regarding system requirements and recommends eimagine software and consulting services
Works with Procurement to prepare written responses to RFPs and other bid requests
Collaborates with Recruiting/People Solutions/PMO to build teams for client solutions
Negotiates final terms of agreements and secures client signatures on contracts and legal documents
Provides behavior and activity metrics in support of everyday functions
Requirements
5+ years of business development experience
Experience working with State Government
Possess the confidence and skills necessary to meet with Manager-level and above executives
Ability to lead the creation and management of Account and Territory Development Plans
Ability to travel on occasion to client sites
Ability to develop client relationships working remotely leveraging Microsoft Teams, Zoom or similar technologies
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical skills
Ability to perform other duties as assigned by Sales Solutions Team and eimagine Leadership Team
Ability to multitask within the designated business unit
Self-starter with the ability to manage their own day to day tasks
Bachelor’s degree in business administration required
Experience preparing Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and client-facing documentation
Experience maintaining client records in a CRM and preparing sales forecasts
