Develop and implement a global safety and health strategy aligned with company goals and sustainability objectives
Develop and manage global safety programs, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident prevention
Supervise and ensure adherence to safety and health regulations at international, national, and local levels
Provide global oversite to investigations of safety incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and lead corrective actions
Work closely with site leaders, HR, legal, and operations to integrate safety and health into business processes
Coordinate global safety training programs
Establish benchmarks and dashboards to monitor safety performance
Promote psychological safety, open communication, and proactive risk management across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
Over a decade of advancing experience in health and safety
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position on a global scale
Deep understanding of international safety regulations and standards
International travel required
Master’s or equivalent experience (preferred)
Experience in the Semiconductor industry (preferred)
Proven ability to lead cross-cultural teams and drive global initiatives (preferred)
Strong analytical, communication, and collaborator management skills (preferred)
