About the role
- Work with the local site and global collaborators (process and Equipment engineer, manufacturing engineer, Supplier quality engineer etc) to Drive for good incoming material quality
- Support incoming quality systems by providing key metrics, support quality systems strategic direction
- Participate in quality activities and interacting on Continuous Improvement projects
- Serve as the site quality liaison for Partner groups and manufacturing areas, providing support for quality documentation, and developing relationships collaboratively
- Generate new insights and procedures to keep pace with industry standards and methods
Requirements
- BS/MS degree, major in Electrical or Statistics or Chemistry
- 2+ years material experience or related process background in Semiconductor
- Skill on problem solving
- Flexible & Multi-tasking
- Independent thinking, high energy
- Creative
- Stable and able to resolve conflicts, good negotiator, WIN WIN spirit
