About the role
- Upload, organize, and update content (graphics, agendas, documents, notifications, and emails) on event platforms with accuracy and consistency
- Manage data in Excel and reporting templates, ensuring information is structured and reliable
- Test and verify digital tools to make sure everything runs smoothly before and during use
- Handle last-minute content changes and provide basic support to colleagues and participants
- Oversee communication flows such as notifications, posts, and emails
- Export and format analytics and reports after activities are completed
- Support multidisciplinary teams in event administration and coordination
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written English & French
- Strong proficiency in Excel and administrative/data-entry tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and ability to structure information
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Based in Paris and eligible to work full-time
- Availability to occasionally work on-site for events
- No event industry experience required — organizational skills, attention to detail, and curiosity above all
