About the role

  • Upload, organize, and update content (graphics, agendas, documents, notifications, and emails) on event platforms with accuracy and consistency
  • Manage data in Excel and reporting templates, ensuring information is structured and reliable
  • Test and verify digital tools to make sure everything runs smoothly before and during use
  • Handle last-minute content changes and provide basic support to colleagues and participants
  • Oversee communication flows such as notifications, posts, and emails
  • Export and format analytics and reports after activities are completed
  • Support multidisciplinary teams in event administration and coordination

Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written English & French
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and administrative/data-entry tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset and ability to structure information
  • Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Based in Paris and eligible to work full-time
  • Availability to occasionally work on-site for events
  • No event industry experience required — organizational skills, attention to detail, and curiosity above all
