💰 $40,000 - $60,000 per year
About the role
- Review proposal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Initiate and configure new projects and PIC set-up according to standards
- Ensure all relevant documents are saved in the project folder (Proposal, Budget Tables, MSA/PO, NTP, etc.)
- Maintain resource allocation and personnel forecast trackers
- Generate, review, adjust, and send invoices; coordinate pre-approvals and client uploads
- Prepare and manage client-required documentation related to invoices and follow up for timely payments
- Create and maintain reports on budgets, margins, invoices, and overall project status; review aging reports
- Assist in creation of Change Orders and ensure updates are reflected in systems
- Participate in project health and invoicing meetings; escalate project issues to Project Managers
- Close projects in systems, ensure all project costs are entered, and archive job folder (~90 days)

- Entry-level experience
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail
- A high aptitude for learning and retaining new knowledge
- Strong sense of self-management and independence
- Knowledge of project life cycle phases and contract management
- Able to work independently and with the team
- Eligible to work in the United States; employer will not sponsor visa applications
