About the role
- Manage assigned department and third party vendor performance
- Manage all human resource related responsibilities for direct reports including performance evaluations, salary increases, performance counseling, reward and recognition, interviewing and hiring
- Support scheduling and control of the accurate and timely processing of all department-related tasks
- Maintain systems and processes to maximize efficiency while delivering quality customer service
- Develop and monitor risk management controls for the department and prepare annual risk assessments and SOX narratives
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, SOX regulations and Internal Audit; assist with audits and examinations
- Monitor and escalate self-identified issues and respond to customer complaints as required
- Maintain in depth working knowledge of all applications and monitor core processor releases
- Perform workflow and processing analysis and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate preparation, testing and integration of processes for special projects, acquisitions, conversions, regulatory changes, and system upgrades
- Coordinate and oversee testing, implementation, and onboarding completion with third party vendors and act as liaison
- Analyze and recommend capital equipment needs and manage costs
- Conduct monthly staff meetings and oversee training programs and cross training
- Support system required testing including regression and cross application testing
- Assist internal operations management with merger and acquisition projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
- Relevant degree pertaining to the essential duties of this role (Required)
- 3 or more years Management experience
- 3 or more years Information Technology and business applications experience (Preferred)
- 3 or more years Operations and banking experience (Preferred)
- Ability to be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
