About the role

  • manage US professional and commercial education activities as it relates to IHFM products
  • deliver the IHFM Institute (HCPs) and IHFM University (Commercial Reps, Clinical) brand experience by executing an education curricula comprised of renowned faculty and world-class training sites
  • direct activities with overall departmental responsibility of developing systems, planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities
  • recommend and implement changes to methods through several direct reports
  • develop and execute a professional education strategy for HCPs and training Commercial reps that support business goals and product launches
  • create and deliver diverse educational programs (regional and national workshops, sales events and online learning)
  • stay current on adult learning principles and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • lead a team, managing their development, and ensuring all programs meet regulatory and accreditation standards, including compliance with corporate guidelines
  • establish KPIs to measure program success and improve programs to meet higher standards
  • collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Compliance, R&D and Sales)
  • build external relationships with HCPs and professional societies
  • manage budgets and resources efficiently
  • develop training materials, curricula, LMS training systems, sites and faculty for courses worldwide
  • execute in-person training courses, seminars, webinars, and other digital courses
  • develop key relationships with key physician leaders and critical executive leaders including; Sales, Regional, Cross Functional leaders and collaborators

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • related experience in marketing required
  • skill levels exceeding the requirements of the previous level
  • demonstrated track record in people management
  • experience working in a regulated industry preferred
