manage US professional and commercial education activities as it relates to IHFM products
deliver the IHFM Institute (HCPs) and IHFM University (Commercial Reps, Clinical) brand experience by executing an education curricula comprised of renowned faculty and world-class training sites
direct activities with overall departmental responsibility of developing systems, planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities
recommend and implement changes to methods through several direct reports
develop and execute a professional education strategy for HCPs and training Commercial reps that support business goals and product launches
create and deliver diverse educational programs (regional and national workshops, sales events and online learning)
stay current on adult learning principles and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
lead a team, managing their development, and ensuring all programs meet regulatory and accreditation standards, including compliance with corporate guidelines
establish KPIs to measure program success and improve programs to meet higher standards
collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Compliance, R&D and Sales)
build external relationships with HCPs and professional societies
manage budgets and resources efficiently
develop training materials, curricula, LMS training systems, sites and faculty for courses worldwide
execute in-person training courses, seminars, webinars, and other digital courses
develop key relationships with key physician leaders and critical executive leaders including; Sales, Regional, Cross Functional leaders and collaborators
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field
related experience in marketing required
skill levels exceeding the requirements of the previous level
demonstrated track record in people management
experience working in a regulated industry preferred
