• Develop and execute an outbound prospecting strategy targeting employers across sectors, with strong CSR/ESG commitments and employee bases that create meaningful donation capacity
• Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through signed partnership agreement — pitch development, multi-stakeholder navigation, and close

Full-stack Engineer

• Design and build an API-first full-stack platform connecting employers, employees, and payroll systems
• Own integrations with payroll and HRIS providers — authorization flows, data sync, and deduction management
• Build employee-facing enrollment flows and employer-facing campaign and dashboard tooling
• Design reliable background job pipelines with status tracking, retry logic, and error handling
• Handle sensitive employee and financial data with appropriate security practices
• Make sound architecture decisions under ambiguity, balancing speed with long-term extensibility

Senior Software Engineer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Design and build the end-to-end donation processing infrastructure, covering critical fundraising tracks.
• Manage and optimize the donation platform stack, ensuring payment processing, pledge management, recurring gift administration, and payroll deduction flows operate reliably and at scale.
• Build reconciliation processes that ensure donation records, payment receipts, and CRM data are accurate and consistent across all systems.
• Become EducationSuperHighway's internal expert on EFTC compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain the documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting systems required to demonstrate compliance with EFTC regulations.
• Develop donor acknowledgment and tax documentation processes.
• Own the financial flows from donated funds to scholarship disbursements.
