Content Marketing Manager

• Lead the content delivery team across ANZ and Canada, fostering engagement, capability and positive culture
• Collaborate with Content Product Managers to plan and deliver the content roadmap, including forecasting and resourcing
• Oversee the entire delivery pipeline, from scheduling and workflow design through to publishing and distribution
• Manage the content delivery budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost optimisation and reporting
• Use data and analytics to monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements
• Champion the adoption of innovative tools and processes (AI, automation, dashboards, workflow systems) to reduce manual effort and scale delivery
• Establish agile frameworks that allow prioritisation of high value work and enable rapid pivots in response to market or customer needs
• Ensure rigorous QA processes are in place, including AI assisted checks, accessibility compliance and adherence to copyright and data privacy standards
• Act as a key contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and alignment across product, marketing, customer success and sales teams
• Provide input into technical aspects of content creation tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve authoring processes

Content Writer

• Support the development of high-quality content for Education Perfect's online Ontario English/Language offering
• Write multiple lesson scripts addressing specific parts of the Strand B curriculum across Grades 6 to 9
• Ensure lesson scripts cover a depth of knowledge and align with curriculum standards
• Work on projects that impact students' lives and develop your skills with freedom, support and resources
• Commit to approximately 15 hours per week between late September and late November on a contract basis
• Payment based on deliverable items; submit resume and brief cover letter

Customer Success Manager

• Build strong, trusted relationships with teachers, Heads of Department, Business Managers and Senior Leadership teams
• Champion the adoption of EP by delivering engaging training sessions (online and in-person) tailored to school needs
• Regularly engage with your assigned portfolio of schools to ensure they are achieving their goals with EP, treating your portfolio like your own book of business
• Monitor health metrics and proactively implement strategies to reduce churn and drive retention
• Identify and support opportunities for expansion and growth in partnership with Account Managers
• Keep accurate CRM records, enrol classes promptly and maintain strong data hygiene
• Represent EP at conferences, networking events and professional associations - occasional overnight travel will be required for these
• Share customer insights with internal teams to inform product and strategy improvements
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture, supporting colleagues and sharing best practice
