• Lead and support two IT Specialists across different time zones (NZ and Vietnam), providing clear direction, prioritisation guidance, and day-to-day coaching. Foster a collaborative, high-output team culture for the duration of the contract.
• Own the IT support queue, ensuring tickets are triaged, assigned, and resolved within agreed SLAs. Monitor queue health, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical measures to keep service levels on track.
• Ensure all technology provisioning for new starters and secure deactivation for leavers is completed on time and in line with EP’s standards.
• Manage procurement of hardware and peripherals for new hires, working within budget and lead-time constraints. Maintain accurate asset records and ensure the asset register is up to date at all times.
• Work with EP’s Group Director Engineering, COO and relevant stakeholders to prepare evidence, resolve gaps, and support the team through the audit cycle.
• Lead the operational delivery of EP’s transition from Zluri to Torii as the primary SaaS management platform. This includes coordinating data migration, onboarding the team to new workflows, and ensuring continuity of SaaS visibility throughout.
