About the role
- Define and execute the growth strategy for cybersecurity training and consulting in collaboration with senior leadership
- Oversee the TCM Security content development team (~2-3 FTEs), ensuring timely delivery of asynchronous and synchronous training
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective go-to-market and delivery execution
- Serve as subject-matter expert across red team (penetration testing, exploit development, adversary simulation) and blue team (defensive security, monitoring, incident response) domains
- Ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry trends, frameworks, and certifications
- Provide senior guidance and validation of lab environments, courseware, and assessments
- Set priorities for curriculum and course roadmap, balancing fundamentals with advanced and emerging topics
- Collaborate with instructors and SMEs to curate realistic scenarios and hands-on simulations
- Drive continuous innovation by incorporating new delivery modalities, AI-enhanced materials, and hands-on labs
- Partner with sales to identify and scope cybersecurity training opportunities and support proposals
- Support sales with messaging, battle cards, and technical validation to differentiate offerings
- Engage directly with strategic clients as a trusted advisor and represent Educate 360 at industry events and webinars
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience across both offensive (red team) and defensive (blue team) domains
- Proven experience leading content or curriculum development teams in cybersecurity training, consulting, or product organizations
- Familiarity with key frameworks, certifications, and methodologies: PNPT, PSAA, OSCP, CISSP, Security+, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST
- Prior client-facing experience supporting sales, scoping, or delivering cybersecurity services
- Ability to translate cybersecurity expertise into market-leading products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with content creators, instructors, sales, marketing, and executive leadership
- Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and advancing the cybersecurity profession and community
- Innovative mindset with ability to anticipate industry trends and adjust the product roadmap
