• Zahlungsfälle: Du klärst Zahlungsfälle über PayPal, Klarna und Shopify Payments.
• Bewertungs-Pflege: Du pflegst und beantwortest Kundenbewertungen auf Plattformen wie TrustPilot.
• Eskalations-Übergabe: Du übergibst komplexe Fälle strukturiert an den Customer Service Lead.

• Performance-Tracking: Du steuerst den Kanal über harte KPIs wie CPA, ROAS und MER und stellst saubere Attribution sicher.
• Campaign Management: Du briefst Creator, koordinierst Content und reportest Ergebnisse wochengenau.

• Du gestaltest Produktbilder, Landing Pages und Shop-Sektionen.
• Du denkst in User Flows und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Shop-Erlebnisse intuitiv und conversion-stark sind.
• Du entwickelst unsere visuelle Brand-Sprache weiter und sorgst für eine konsistente Identität über alle Touchpoints.
• Du treibst Design-Projekte von der Idee bis zum Launch selbstständig voran und nutzt dabei AI Tools.

• Klaviyo flows: You will design and build all relevant flows, from Welcome through Abandoned Cart to Win‑back.
• Segmentation: You will develop a data‑driven segmentation logic based on lifecycle, value and behavior.
• WhatsApp marketing: You will build WhatsApp as a second retention channel from the ground up.
