• You create and manage a structured A/B testing roadmap and run the entire process from hypothesis through analysis.
• You design and build high-performing landing pages, front-end offers, and upsell funnels to maximize customer lifetime value.
• You manage an interdisciplinary team of developers, copywriters, and designers to implement optimizations and new funnels.
• You use GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to identify weaknesses in the user journey and develop data-driven solutions.
• You plan and manage sales events in the online shop and ensure smooth technical and content implementation.

E-Commerce Growth Manager

• Demand Planning: You create precise inventory forecasts based on our performance marketing KPIs (CPA, AOV, CVR) for the supply chain.
• Financial Planning: You are responsible for cashflow forecasting and liquidity planning, taking our marketing spend into account.
• Analysis & Monitoring: You conduct in-depth analyses of the P&L and cost structures to identify optimization opportunities.
• Reporting & Dashboards: You use Data Studio (Looker Studio) or similar BI tools to build and maintain transparent controlling dashboards.

• You shoot scenes featuring our products based on provided scripts.
• You appear as an authentic on-camera personality and speak directly to the target audience.
• You execute creative briefs and bring your own energy to each project.
