About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

CRM strategy: You will independently develop and manage our complete CRM and retention strategy.
Klaviyo flows: You will design and build all relevant flows, from Welcome through Abandoned Cart to Win‑back.
Segmentation: You will develop a data‑driven segmentation logic based on lifecycle, value and behavior.
WhatsApp marketing: You will build WhatsApp as a second retention channel from the ground up.
Performance & testing: You will manage the channel using KPIs such as Revenue per Recipient and develop a structured A/B test roadmap.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in CRM or email marketing, including at least 2 years in a D2C e‑commerce company.
You have independently built complete flow architectures in Klaviyo or substantially scaled them.
You think strategically in lifecycle stages, segments and customer journeys.
You have a good eye for copywriting and can strategically brief and review texts.
You work data‑driven and make decisions based on tests and KPIs.
You speak and write German and English at a business‑fluent level.
