About the role
- Lead strategic implementation and optimization projects focused on ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Partner directly with French-speaking clients to analyze needs and deliver customized SPM solutions.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Manage and deliver multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects, meeting deadlines and priorities.
- Collaborate with R5 Labs teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions for the French market.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, specifically with demonstrated expertise in SPM module.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization.
- Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in SPM modules highly preferred.
- Project Management Skills: Proven track record managing and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities; ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
