Analyst

• Handle and manage requests under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with SLAs;
• Triage incoming requests, ensuring proper routing and prioritization;
• Support economic and financial feasibility analysis of projects and solutions;
• Perform detailed analysis of pricing proposals and recommend approval in accordance with internal policies and established margins;
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing indicators, focusing on main variances and comparative analyses;
• Support validation of requests for additional budget for ongoing projects;
• Serve as the interface between Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Product and Architecture teams, ensuring the economic alignment of proposals.

Junior Pricing Analyst

• Monitor and control IT processes with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISAE 3402, PCI DSS), contributing to evidence collection, development of action plans, and addressing nonconformities.
• Track and follow up on pending requests (backlog) and assist teams in resolving process deviations.
• Monitor compliance with policies, standards, and procedures, promoting training and awareness actions when necessary.
• Assist in the preparation, updating, and review of documents related to governance and information security.
• Support Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) initiatives, with a special focus on Information Security topics.
• Act as a facilitator between technical and business areas, promoting the adaptation and improvement of organizational processes.
