About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform account analysis and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation for accurate results.
Lead balance conversions and eliminations of intercompany transactions.
Identify and resolve accounting inconsistencies in coordination with the team.
Actively participate in accounting close processes (monthly, quarterly, and annual), ensuring the accuracy of reported information.
Support the development of mid-level and junior analysts.
Collaborate with partner areas (FP&A, Controllership, and Operations) to align and consolidate financial information.
Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and explanatory notes.
Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analyses.
Propose continuous improvements focused on shortening close timelines and automating processes.
Support internal and external audits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Experience with accounting close routines in integrated systems (ERP/SAP).
Solid knowledge of accounting standards (CPCs and IFRS).
Broad/generalist experience in accounting.
Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
Strong critical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and support solution implementation.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
