About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map, document, and update business processes and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact to provide guidance and disseminate knowledge about business processes.
- Develop and deliver training related to the area's processes.
- Lead meetings to identify and implement process improvements.
- Participate in internal and external audits, supporting ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 certifications.
- Gather and document requirements for implementing system improvements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Drive prioritization of requests with partner teams and monitor improvement initiatives related to business processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Knowledge of process mapping and documentation.
- Knowledge of BPMN and Design Thinking.
- Knowledge of demand management tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- ITIL 4 certification.
- COBIT certification.
- Knowledge of audits for ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 standards.
