About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and documentation.
  • Knowledge of BPMN and Design Thinking.
  • Knowledge of demand management tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • ITIL 4 certification.
  • COBIT certification.
  • Knowledge of audits for ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 standards.
