About the role
- Lead and manage full-cycle B2B sales processes — from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and managing client accounts
- Identify and engage potential clients in the Spanish-speaking market using research, outreach campaigns, and networking
- Conduct needs assessments to fully understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including marketing, operations, and account management — to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Track and report on performance metrics and pipeline health, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to position the company strategically
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience
- Fluent Spanish (C1+) — excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong English skills (B2 minimum)
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
