About the role

  • Lead and manage full-cycle B2B sales processes — from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and managing client accounts
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the Spanish-speaking market using research, outreach campaigns, and networking
  • Conduct needs assessments to fully understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including marketing, operations, and account management — to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Track and report on performance metrics and pipeline health, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to position the company strategically

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience
  • Fluent Spanish (C1+) — excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong English skills (B2 minimum)
  • Experience in cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-changing environment
