About the role
- Develop strategy for multiple sites to achieve annual goals for 2-3 or more locations
- Ensure safety program is in place for 2-3 buildings, delivering world class results
- Develop plan to ensure customer experience is improved delivering 95%+ DIFOT for customers
- Deliver financial plan for region, achieving a better CPK and manage a $20-40M Budget
- Develop Managers and Supervisors to enable growth and build supply chain excellence
- Set engagement strategy for 50 - 120 Team members
- Support Sales partners for 10-15% of Chemical Sales for Legacy Ecolab
- Manage 3PL relationships setting agenda, expectations and KPI adherence goals
- Manage capital budget for 2-3 facilities ensuring compliance and timelines on capital expenditures
- Engage and drive continuous improvement initiatives at all buildings to remove losses
- Institute a TPM Culture to improve safety, efficiencies and 5S environment
- Champion change management and support start-ups
- Ensure inventory accuracy maintained above 99.5% Net and maintain high bin accuracy
- Use data-based mentality to understand root causes and improve results
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of Logistics experience
- Good experience and results in driving quality practices
- Experience leading multiple warehouses (preferred)
- Experience managing 3PL partnership to drive results
- 3-5 years process improvement experience
- SAP Experience preferred
- Expertise in warehouse operations and productivity initiatives
- Expertise in Logistics automation solutions is a benefit
- TPM and/or Six Sigma black belt experience preferred
