Act as a liaison between Market Office Managers and Corporate Accounting and Senior Management
Oversee all Market Office Managers to ensure consistency and continuity in processes and procedures, while providing support and guidance
Training & onboarding responsibilities for new Office Managers
Provide Accounts Receivable support
D365 Support on all levels of market responsibilities
Partner with IT/Corporate Accounting to streamline existing processes and create more efficient work steps
Update SOPs/Playbook and audit Office Manager work to ensure SOP compliance
Serve as BPO Backup Office Manager responsibilities in lieu of open positions and those on PTO
Oversee Window & Door Market Concierges to ensure standardized processes, conduct data reviews and performance reviews, and partner with Market Office Managers for support and guidance
Requirements
5-10 years of office manager or relevant work experience
2-3 years of leadership experience
Strong accounting skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
CRM & ERP experience
D365 experience/support
Excellent interpersonal & team building skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Access to all operating systems for each market
This position will require travel at a minimum of 50% to perform job duties
Travel for training or annual meetings may be required (less than 10% annual travel)
