About the role

  • Lead and oversee the onboarding process for all new accounts as primary point of contact
  • Strategically design and meticulously implement high-performing PPC/Google Ads campaigns for immediate and long-term results
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospect and engage clients, understand business needs, and sell tailored solutions
  • Expand client accounts by increasing spend and proactively identifying upsell opportunities
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database to ensure data integrity for business intelligence
  • Identify and nurture high-growth potential companies and build long-term partnerships
  • Drive product adoption, minimize client turnover, and reveal new avenues for growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (master’s in Marketing or Communications considered an asset)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role
  • Proven track record of successful client-facing interactions, especially in high-stakes environments
  • Native-level or C2 proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken
  • Proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience designing and implementing high-performing PPC campaigns and strong Google Ads knowledge
  • Experience conducting high-volume outbound calls and selling tailored solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and experience integrating AI tools into workflows
  • Strong business acumen, market analysis, and strategic thinking
  • Deep understanding of German business etiquette, cultural nuances, and practices
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex stakeholder structures
  • Knowledgeable about local regulations, especially data privacy (GDPR)
