About the role
- Serve as first point of contact for design clients (Architects, Designers, Installers and retail end clients) within the Beverly Hills showroom
- Work closely with key Architectural and Design clients to support project specification and product selection
- Build new and service existing client relationships across Beverly Hills
- Split time between client service and business development from showroom leads
- Collaborate with Business Development Manager to service existing relationships and create customised sales plans
- Gather information on prospective clients (company size, needs, opportunities)
- Provide after-sales support and prompt, accurate answers to client queries
- Promote new products/services to existing customers
- Manage projects from lead to delivery with attention to detail
Requirements
- Proven experience in a relevant sales role
- The ability to confidently manage client relationships and general day-to-day enquiries
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships
- Good attention to detail in handling business development leads and managing projects from lead to delivery
- An interest in architecture and design
- The ambition to grow and develop existing client relationships through exceptional service and product counsel
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
