About the role
- Serves as the primary HR contact for assigned departments, providing guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement
- Leads mid-year and annual performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession planning processes
- Supports change management and culture transformation initiatives across the organization
- Partners with the HRBP team to implement HR programs that align with business goals and drive strategic outcomes
- Supports employee relations matters in collaboration with appropriate members of the HR team
- Applies strategic thinking and business acumen to influence decision-making and propose solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness
- Analyzes trends and metrics to develop data-informed solutions, programs, and policies that improve team and organizational performance
- Provides day-to-day coaching and guidance to leaders on performance, career development, and employee relations
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and ensures compliance
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in an HRBP role
- Strong consulting, coaching, and influencing skills at the Director+ level
- Experience with talent strategy, organizational development, and change management
- HR certification preferred
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and ensure compliance
- Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States (E-Verify participation)
