We seek a skilled and experienced Customer Communications Management (CCM) Developer to join our team.
Design, develop, and maintain CCM solutions using SmartCOMM, xPression, and Thunderhead applications to meet business requirements.
Perform data transformation tasks, including but not limited to, data mapping, XML parsing, and mid-level SQL operations to extract, manipulate, and format data for use in customer communications.
Create and modify templates and layouts for customer communications, ensuring consistency and compliance with branding guidelines.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CCM applications with other systems and databases for seamless data exchange.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of CCM solutions to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer communications.
Maintain detailed documentation of CCM configurations, templates, and processes.
Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical expertise to improve customer communication strategies.
Provide training and support to end-users on CCM applications and best practices.
