• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Design responsive UI elements and components that align with our brand guidelines, ensuring accessibility and usability best practices.
• Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma, including reusable components, styles, and assets, to ensure consistent handoffs to developers.
• Conduct user research sessions, create user flows, and iterate on designs based on feedback and testing.
• Prepare design specs, annotations, and assets for seamless developer handoff, including interactive prototypes for usability reviews.
• Participate in sprint planning, design critiques, and retrospectives to drive iterative improvements.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance our Figma workflows.
