Software Engineer

• We seek a skilled and experienced Customer Communications Management (CCM) Developer to join our team.
• Design, develop, and maintain CCM solutions using SmartCOMM, xPression, and Thunderhead applications to meet business requirements.
• Perform data transformation tasks, including but not limited to, data mapping, XML parsing, and mid-level SQL operations to extract, manipulate, and format data for use in customer communications.
• Create and modify templates and layouts for customer communications, ensuring consistency and compliance with branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CCM applications with other systems and databases for seamless data exchange.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of CCM solutions to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer communications.
• Maintain detailed documentation of CCM configurations, templates, and processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical expertise to improve customer communication strategies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on CCM applications and best practices.
