Manage vendors, including photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and other freelance creatives, to ensure quality and brand consistency across all projects.
Collaborate with the Art Director on budget management and annual creative budgeting.
Serve as the primary project manager for the creative team, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and project milestones.
Facilitate cross-functional communication across departments, ensuring teams are informed of project status and adjustments.
Prioritize and allocate resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain scopes of work, resources, and schedules for all creative projects.
Communicate project specifications to the creative team and manage day-to-day workflow after resource assignments.
Build and monitor timelines for on-time project delivery, proactively addressing any delays or concerns.
Act as the point of contact between the creative team and internal departments (e.g., marketing, wholesale, retail), as well as external vendors.
Manage Asana and other project management tools to track creative team progress.
Organize, manage, and maintain a digital library of all photography assets.
Coordinate the distribution of assets to the appropriate teams, handling any licensing and usage agreements as necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience in production management, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
