• Collaborate with the brand marketing team to translate brand guidelines and strategies into impactful visual concepts and designs.
• Own the creative design calendar, ensuring all milestones are achieved, and all creative design team members execute within timelines and budgets.
• Create and execute creative brand campaigns, marketing materials, and product launches that align with the brand identity and target audience.
• Develop and maintain brand visual standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
• Direct, lead, and inspire a team of graphic designers to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Develop storyboards and visual presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
• Keep informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices in design and fashion.
• Work closely with photographers, stylists, producers, and other external vendors to coordinate photoshoots and ensure alignment with the creative vision.
• Actively contribute to the creation of design assets while reviewing and providing feedback to the design team to ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Create fresh, innovative designs that translate complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences.
• Work closely with the Chief Brand and Product Strategy Officer, keeping them updated on all project and team-related developments. Present creative executions and designs to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
