About the role

  • Serve as the Chief of Staff’s right-hand: surface risks and tradeoffs, prepare decision materials
  • translate strategy into execution plans with clear success metrics
  • own cross-functional programs from definition to business outcomes
  • lead organizational health programs and translate org health signals into action plans
  • co-lead planning for headcount and budget in partnership with Finance and People teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, product operations, engineering operations or equivalent
  • significant experience partnering with engineering organizations
  • strong analytical fluency – ability to derive insight from data
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • experience with organizational health programs and HR/People partnerships
  • MBA or technical MS is a plus
