Field Engineer

• Provide on-site field service support by performing installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of complex capital equipment and systems
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules at multiple customer sites
• Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements
• Support multiple equipment platforms with flexibility and deep technical expertise
• Report to the Service Manager on equipment status, EHS concerns, and remediation actions with regular updates
• Act as the primary technical point of contact and engage directly with customers

Field Service Engineer

• Provide on-site field service support through the performance of installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of complex CMP capital equipment in a cleanroom environment
• Working to a shift pattern of days and night shifts, analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot EPME CMP equipment problems
• Perform installations, repairs, upgrades as well as preventive maintenance on CMP systems installed at the customer site
• Maintain an assigned installation equipment base
• Report out to both the onsite customer and local management on weekly basis detailing system performance and ongoing activities

Service Engineer

Maintenance Engineer

• Provide on-site field service support through the performance of installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of complex CMP capital equipment in a cleanroom environment
• Analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot EPME CMP equipment problems
• Perform installations, repairs, upgrades as well as preventive maintenance on CMP systems installed at the customer site
• In charge of maintaining an assigned installation equipment base
• Report out to both the onsite customer and local management on weekly basis detailing system performance and ongoing activities

• Analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot EPME CMP equipment problems
• Perform installations, repairs, upgrades as well as preventive maintenance on CMP systems installed at the customer site

• Analyse, diagnose and troubleshoot all hardware and software issues on CMP semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Understand and implement factory issued hardware and software upgrades
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, electrical schematics and P&ID drawings
• Report out to both the onsite customer and local management on a weekly basis detailing system performance and ongoing activities
