Field Engineer

• Provide on-site field service support through the performance of installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of complex CMP capital equipment in a cleanroom environment
• Working to a shift pattern of days and night shifts, analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot EPME CMP equipment problems
• Perform installations, repairs, upgrades as well as preventive maintenance on CMP systems installed at the customer site
• Maintain an assigned installation equipment base
• Report out to both the onsite customer and local management on weekly basis detailing system performance and ongoing activities

Service Engineer

Maintenance Engineer

• Provide on-site field service support through the performance of installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of complex CMP capital equipment in a cleanroom environment
• Analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot EPME CMP equipment problems
• Perform installations, repairs, upgrades as well as preventive maintenance on CMP systems installed at the customer site
• In charge of maintaining an assigned installation equipment base
• Report out to both the onsite customer and local management on weekly basis detailing system performance and ongoing activities

• Provide on-site field service support through installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of complex CMP capital equipment in a cleanroom environment
• Analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot EPME CMP equipment problems
• Perform installations, repairs, upgrades as well as preventive maintenance on CMP systems installed at the customer site
• Maintain an assigned installation equipment base
• Analyse, diagnose and troubleshoot all hardware and software issues on CMP semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Understand and implement factory issued hardware and software upgrades
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, electrical schematics and P&ID drawings
• Report out to both the onsite customer and local management on a weekly basis detailing system performance and ongoing activities

Field Service Engineer

• Perform all planned & unplanned maintenance or start-up of Ebara Components equipment
• Co-ordinate maintenance/IQ activities with relevant stakeholders, including customers and 3rd parties
• Resolve all equipment issues (hardware and software) and ensure equipment is production ready before handover
• Accurately record all completed activities in prescribed systems
• Complete routine PM’s by following clearly defined and documented procedures
• Escalate technical issues to peers as needed
• Identify and flag issues impacting maintenance/IQ schedules
• Ensure all work complies with site environmental, health and safety requirements
• Participate in planning and scheduling meetings as necessary
