About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide on-site field service support for installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of CMP capital equipment in a cleanroom environment
Perform installations, repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on CMP systems at customer sites
Analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot CMP equipment problems
Report to onsite customer and local management about system performance and activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher Certificate/Apprenticeship (NFQ level 6) in a technical field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HVM environment or an Ordinary Bachelor’s Degree (NFQ level 7) in a technical field with a minimum of 1 year experience
Extensive experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and software (PLC) systems is desirable
Must be able to demonstrate clearly the ability to deliver concise information to both internal and external customers
Eligible to live and work in Ireland
