• Lead the global assurance and compliance function to ensure EEE financial reporting accuracy, transparency, and IFRS compliance.
• Oversee technical accounting, financial statement quality, audit readiness, and resolution of control deficiencies across the global finance organization.

Global Assurance Manager

Operations

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global lifting operations strategy, encompassing policies, procedures, and best practices integrated with EEE’s global EHS and risk methodology
• Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to regional teams and external contractors
• Champion identification, development, and deployment of digital solutions for planning, execution, and performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with all applicable lifting regulations and standards (OSHA, LOLER, ASME, ISO)
• Design and implement a global inspection program for cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories
• Oversee certification, inspection, and maintenance programs for all lifting equipment worldwide
• Lead and support lifting-related incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Establish a global competency framework and operationalize training centers in Abu Dhabi and New Orleans
• Review and approve heavy, tandem, or non-routine lift plans and support project teams in planning and execution
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, EHS teams, vendors, and contractors and report metrics to senior leadership

Global Lifting Operations Manager

• Assist in development and execution of Quality Plans and component-specific inspection plans for repair and overhaul lifecycle.
• Draft, review, and assemble Quality Assurance Manufacturing Data Records (QA MDRs) and maintain comprehensive quality documentation.
• Develop and implement Quality Control Work Instructions (WCIs) for workshop processes and inspections.
• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections and testing including incoming, in-process, final, and supplier site inspections.
• Serve as primary Quality support during Inspection Tests (ITs) and customer witness points, ensuring procedures are followed and documented.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection and test equipment and record all inspection/test data for traceability.
• Issue and review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), support Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and assist in Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) implementation.
• Coordinate quality requirements and documentation with internal departments, suppliers, sub-suppliers, and customers to ensure adherence to specifications.
