Quality Engineer II

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide advice and assistance to the senior management for the maintenance of effective and efficient quality management systems
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of effective Quality Management System
- Train and qualify quality inspectors including refresher training
- Participate in ISO registrar audits and selected customer and third-party audits
- Analyze nonconformance reports and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Provide training for personnel on new and revised quality procedures
- Conduct investigations of major quality problems including customer complaints
- Prepare technical reports regarding procedures, processes, and problems
- Obtain and maintain local professional Quality Auditor certification
- Attend technical training and professional training classes
- Provide assistance and mentoring to quality and inspection personnel
- Ensure satisfactory completion of maintenance and capital projects
- Complete or oversee final quality auditing of workscope documentation
