About the role
- Support clients’ usage of Earnix software for data extraction and analysis
- Develop and maintain predictive models to assess risk and customer demand
- Utilize machine learning techniques and programming languages such as Python and R
- Develop, review and implement statistical models and pricing strategies across lines of business
- Communicate complex technical results clearly, tailoring presentations for diverse audiences
- Demonstrate software functionality and provide training to new users to ensure smooth onboarding
- Collaborate with colleagues across the company and engage directly with clients to deliver insights
Requirements
- Strong background in analytics within the insurance industry
- ACAS or near-ACAS designation (preferred)
- Extensive experience in analytics and predictive modeling for insurance
- Proficiency in machine learning methods
- Proficiency in Python and R
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong ability to engage clients and provide valuable insights through data analysis
- Experience demonstrating software functionality and providing training to new users
- Collaborative, resourceful, creative, and empathetic work style
