About the role
- Design and develop scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS
- Document existing systems and architecture to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical documentation and solutions
- Ensure security and compliance best practices are followed in all architecture designs
- Implement cost-control strategies and optimize cloud resource usage
- Lead the development on new application builds in AWS
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvements
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Developing applications using .Net and python and hosting them in AWS
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Hands on experience with AWS core application services, including Lambda, RDS, Glue, Data Catalog, and S3
- Proficiency in .NET technologies
- Experience orchestrating DevOps pipelines (e.g., setting up Ci/CD using GitHub actions)
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture and cloud computing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence and lead changes, maintaining collaborative and trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile and lean methodologies
- Excellent judgment, critical thinking skills, and strong decision-making skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent writing, technical writing, presentation and verbal communications skills
