General Counsel

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide variety of commercial contracts, with a strong focus on Enterprise B2B SaaS sales agreements.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Security, Privacy, Product, and other stakeholders to align on deal strategy, manage risk, and keep deals moving.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice to business teams, balancing speed, customer needs, and thoughtful risk management.
• Support strategic partnership and collaboration agreements as needed.
• Work closely with our Partnerships team to develop and roll out standard templates and playbooks that streamline partnership contracting.
• Participate in negotiation calls and help improve contract templates and contracting processes over time.
