About the role

  • Accelerate high Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth throughout the assigned territory.
  • Build and expand a strong reseller channel, target account base and key end users.
  • Collaborate with regional consultants to specify Eagle Eye in future projects.
  • Develop tailored, high-growth business plans for territory partners and drive engagement via Eagle Eye Partner Program.
  • Maintain territory-wide sales plan providing full geographic coverage while achieving quota.
  • Travel frequently throughout the region to major customer sites and support industry meetings and exhibitions.
  • Align with internal teams to ensure reseller partners are trained to sell, install, and maintain solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Channel Marketing, Sell-With, and AEs to drive shared goals.
  • Utilize CRM as primary tool and maintain it within company guidelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of field sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT, or security sales with video or access systems.
  • Successful experience selling as an employee of a major security manufacturer.
  • Consultative/solutions sales experience with 90+ day B2B sales cycles
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and presentations.
  • Demonstrated self-confidence with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • The highest level of ethics and professionalism is always maintained.
  • Great business judgment with the ability to make successful decisions in driving a highly profitable business.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed a multimillion-dollar quota.
  • Degree required.
